Mission Direct understands the ongoing concerns relating to the Coronavirus COVID -19 pandemic and we continue to closely monitor the situation, with special consideration for all advice given by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. We will continue to follow any advice from our own Government and the Governments of countries we plan to run teams to.
Our UK staff team are now back working normal hours; hybrid working both in the office and from home. Your patience as we adjust to this new way of working is much appreciated.
We are delighted that we have been able to fulfil our commitments to so many of our overseas partners without volunteers in 2021. As a charity we are so thankful for all those who have donated to enable us to get through the last 18 months. We would ask you prayerfully consider a donation to support our work to enable us to continue to serve into 2022. Please contact us if you would like more information on how you can support our work, projects and partners.
With th UK Government now lifting restrictions to many countries we are hopeful that teams will resume in 2022. We look forward to serving our partners overseas in person as soon as we are sure it is safe to do so. The need for volunteers will be greater than ever before once we resume. If you are considering joining a team we would encourage you to apply now so that we can fulfil our ongoing commitments to our partners. We will continue to support where we can through the pandemic until we can resume travel safely.
If you have any questions or specific concerns please contact us and we will be happy to discuss these with you.
Please be assured that Mission Direct remains totally committed to the safety of all our staff, volunteers and partners.
Your ongoing support and prayers are much appreciated at this time.
This page will be updated with any changes or updates to the situation.
