Looking ahead to 2027, we plan to continue strengthening these partnerships. We are returning to Serve Cambodia’s Light of Hope school aiming to complete the construction of a perimeter security wall, to re-decorate the school, to repair many of the school desks and to repaint the first-floor railings. This work is needed to complete Mission Direct’s past work at LOH school and will benefit a particularly poor community.

By joining this team in 2027 you'll help locals to improve LOH School - no skills or strength necessary. There is always something to do - from laying bricks, passing materials, painting and clearing - as well as entertaining the local children! Cambodia is a great place for all ages and many volunteers have come as a family.

In the afternoons you will visit some of the Fellowship of Hope Churches and their partner projects locally. We hope to run various fun activities for the children including assemblies, playing games and there may be time for provision of simple health education to families and hair washing for the children.
